11. Health Data and Health-Related Environmental Data
Our application may collect and process health-related environmental data generated through Nomestic devices and services, including indoor air quality measurements and exposure-related statistics such as carbon dioxide (CO₂), particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), temperature, humidity, noise, light, and air pressure.
We use this information to:
provide the core functionality of indoor air quality monitoring and analytics
display dashboards, alerts, trends, and personalized insights
help users identify unhealthy indoor conditions and improve comfort and well-being
support reporting, diagnostics, and performance optimization of indoor environments
Where the application allows users to enter health-related preferences or sensitivity information, such data is used only to personalize insights, recommendations, and alerts within the app.
We do not sell health data or use it for advertising purposes. We do not share health data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or where the user has explicitly requested or consented to such sharing.
Health-related data is processed securely and retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal requirements.
